I start tomorrow but I am so nervous. I havn't ever played on a real team before and I don't know what position I should play. I am 14 years old and 5'4. I am nervous because I'm scared the coach is going to ask me a question about positions on the layout of the court and I wouldn't know what to do. The reason I signed up is I want to learn the game better. I am practicing shooting right now. But when I try to handle the ball..for instance when I try to swing it between my legs and I miss I get so anxious. I've done it right a couple of times but I'm always scared I'll s***w up and then they won't take me seriously. What should I do? What kind of exercises should I practice..?
