I am so not flexiable?

i am a shorty so i am flying in a stunt next week. i know how to fly but i am so no flexible what do i do?????

  1. in 1 week you wont become completely flexible but if you keep stretching at least 3 times a day you will be able to do a split in the next 3-4 weeks.

  4. You should stick to in-turn draw weight and guard weight shots.  If that answer does not make sense, it would if you had asked a curling question in the curling section.

  9. Dr. Nathan says start stretching at least 3 times a day its not bad for you a matter of fact its great for your body, do it daily and start running or jog in place after your daily stretch time and i promise u will become more flexible.
