I am so sick of being called fatt?

omg so like this boy was being called amaciated by the whole 8th grade so i was like yeah. ( my school is extreamly small there are only 8 kinds in the 8th grade). And then he was like yeah and ure a fatt ***. he has asbergers wich is like a form of autism... so i started making funn of him and told him to go to the mentall institution... i know it was bad... but i just can stand being called fat anymore... this happened on a wendsday and i was starving myselfe the whole week just to loose weight... what should i do

  1. If you want to loose weight, you should do it the healthy way. Pack lunches instead of buying them and eat a lot of vegetables. Don't eat more than 25 grams of fat and 2,000 calories per day. Drink A LOT of water and exercises and tone muscles for at least 20 minutes a day. Try running for 15 minutes and then doing 2 reps of 25 crunches and 25 lunges. I did this and I lost 20 pounds in 2 1/2 months! I felt good, I had more energy, and I was less hungry. Trust me, doing this is better than starving yourself or any fad diet.

  3. be proud of who you are when you look at the mirror. don't have low esteem. teasing may be hurtful to but try to stay out of other people's opinion.

    No sympathy whatsoever from me. Time you had a taste of your own medicine. In the future try being a little less unpleasant and then maybe you won't get called names.

    first eat a healthy breakfast

    if you want a snack eat fruits and veggies but dont use dressing on the veggies thats the worst

    salads are good

    dont eat too much meat

    no take out

    drink milk

    no chips, cookies or cakes or anything with a lot of fat

  6. Realize that people are always going to make fun of you for something. He's skinny, so you call him emaciated, my cousin got picked on cause her clothes were 'too nice'. They teased her and called her princess. Kids are *****, and you joined right in by making fun of him. Asbergers is a serious condition. You put yourself right in line for an insult when you made fun of someone else. I suggest you stop making fun of others and when they make fun of you, laugh it off. I'm a big girl and I always shrugged off the insults by saying "Yeah, so what, I'm big and I love it," If it doesn't bother you they won't do it,

  8. you don't starve yoursef to begin with. Your body goes into shock and holds on to everything. If you are truely overweight (you may thing you are but you mightn't be) then you need to talk to your parent and voice your conerns and ask if you can go to the doctor and get an assessment and see what he says and start a regime that involves healthy eating and exercise. Weightloss is not a quick thing and you should only aim for .5kg a week

    i walk with my friend from my skool to my house. it takes about 20-30 minutes

    it may seem much but it really isn't tiring

    if you do think you're gonna get tired just start talkin to the person you walk with

    time will fly by

    also cut down on chocolates and junkfood

    during you're weight loss program (what i just told you to do )

    if he makes fun of you still tell him to go suck a d**k

  10. that was mean...just exercise, cut back on the junk, and eat smaller servings. try not to starve yourself at least eat fruits and veggies that contain barely any fat if any at all. keep your head up, confidence is the key sweetie.

  11. No one really calls me fat, but i feel really fat and i think about starving myself, but i start to think of the long term affects. And fat people really are more happy. As hard as it is, try to ignore them, they are just doing it to make you upset. If they see that it is getting to you they will keep doing it, laugh it off. Tell them you would rather be really fat then really skinny. And for the eating thing. thats not healthy and you would be better off exercising and eating healthy. If you believe your beautiful you are.

    i suggest start running or even going on walks. and dont eat fast food

    it always works

    and youll feel better in general

    ...and be nice to the kid.

  14. never starve yourself thats stupid, RUN.  Its the simpliest solution, even if you have to start out by walking only a mile a day, eventually you will start to lose weight.

  15. dude ur mean dont make fun of people ok im n seventh grade and also i have 21 kids in my class and im on the husky side =] but when ppl make fun of me i kno that if i make fun of them im as low and shallow as they are  dont strav urself that horrible try a healthier diet it might be baby fat i weight 136 =[ ok im fat and i dont mind though when my friends call me fat cause they fat too =] lol but stop making fun of him/her because their prolem they cant do anything about it u dont neeed to starve urself but more fruits veggies etc..... start exorsising u need to give this your all and try to plan a happier and healthier life style =] hope i helped plz rate ty

  16. Bravo, picking on the kid with Asbergers. Feel like a big person now? I assume you were calling the boy emaciated, and he fights back, so you attack his mental condition. Not very mature on your part.

  17. Stop starving yourself.

    You will loose more weight by eating, and eating healthy then by starving yourself.

    Also if you want to loose weight, never get on the computer again.  When on the computer you are sitting, and you need to be running instead of sitting.  That goes for the TV, and video games too.  Try taking up soccer, basketball,  and cross country running.  Swim during the summer, ski during the winter.  Have your parents install a wood burning stove to heat your house with and chop wood all winter.  

    Do all of that..... and you still may not loose weight, but you will be far healthier and have much more self esteem and when the next person calls you fat, you just smile and walk away.

If you don't like being made fun of than don't do it to others.  You obviously know it doesn't feel good.  Starving yourself will not make you lose weight, it actually makes you gain weight.  You're body will go into hybernation mode and when youdo put food in your body it stores it as fat so it can survive longer. What you need to do is excercise more and eat healthy meals.  Try smaller portions and eat more frequently.  This boosts your metabolism, which is what burns the fat and calories.  Drink lots of water and if you must drink soda, make it like one a day.  That's my worst habit.  Try to set yourself some realistic goals in weight loss.  You should not lose more than 2-3 pounds per week, anything more is unhealthy and could create even more health issues.

    Anyways, just eat in good portions, like modified, or something like that (lol, can't think of the word XD) anyways, just eat healthy, too. I devoted my summer to working out in the pool everyday and lost 10 pounds last summer...but I kinda gained a little back this winter!! =(

  23. You are not fat! People come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. There's no reason to be ashamed of yourself. You probably should get more exercises and eat healthier foods, but you shouldn't do it simply because you want to lose weight. You should do it to stay healthy.

    Also, remember that when someone teases you, the worst thing you can do is to stoop to their level. DO NOT start picking on him. The best thing to do is just ignore him and if he keeps teasing you, report him. What he's doing is harassment.

    not physically tho. more bitching and verbal abuse

    anyway,

    this started from year 1. it was so bad i had to move schools a year later!

    im in year 8 now and i occasionally get teased but i decided to not let people ruin my life by calling me things like.."mrs elf (i have pretty pointy ears lol), "spongebob"(i had a massive gap between my teeth but now i have braces lol)

    and of coarse the occasional *****, s**t, w***e etc. from those guys that are complete jerks, but to move on from that

    people only bully you because they want the reaction and attention lol(especially guys).

    but what gave me self confidence was to have other friends to fall back on when i needed support.

    i live in australia though, so its probably alot different than over in the u.s or wherever your from lol

    but one thing is always the same in every country

    dnt waste your time with people who are only gonna make things worse for you

    instead be with people who like you for who you are.

    you will find that you will have a much nicer and happier time.

    some other things you can try to boost self esteem are to do some activitie out side of school that may be a little out of your comfort zone.

    like dancing, singing or another sport.

    and if you are really concerend about your weight, then try some more nutrional meals or snacks. like dont eat so much in betweeen meals.

    im sure you wouldnt be that fat because no guy would have the balls to say "your a fatt ***" if you really were that fat!

    but, DONT starve yourself because that is NOT a healthy way to go.

    and if you decide to become anorexic or bulimic perople are gonna tease you even more!

  25. dnt starve yourself thats a bad thing ta do if your tryna lose weight. if you wanna lose weight you have to eat smaller portions of food and excersise at least 4 or 5 times a WEEK. and if you wanna lose weight eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables etc.

    but dnt starve yourself you can damage your body like that....
