Question

doing my hair and makeup the same way everyday.. if your a girl and you like the way you do your hair and makeup let me know what you do. like what u do with your eyemakeup. and if you straighten your hair or put it in braids. thanks

well your absolutely right nobody wants to look the same everyday, so my little technique is i try a different style everyday maybe a wrap one day ponytail the next uhm wild and  curly a pin up all sorts of styles you can do and as far as the makeup goes you can experiment with colors and give yourself a new look.

My hair is quite honestly a work in progress. I will forever be envious of people who can get away with no products, and anyone with ultra thick curly hair knows what Im talking about.

- Most days I start with pantene frizz control balm and stroke it through my curls. This works even when i use a straightener. I spritz some of john friedas dream curls and work it in. Then I add a head band and leave it down

- Sometimes I will spin it up in a bun for a very fuss free look. It works well for my face shape.

As for makeup I enjoy it, but try to wear as little as possible. Most of the times I add a few small dots of the Balm concealer under my eyes and then add a few coats of neutrogena healthy volume mascara. A sweep of eyeshadow really makes a difference too, and covergirl and stila stay on so well. A bit of gloss and bronzer or blush tops things off. If I have a blemish Ill use a stila or origins concelaer then set with lorac pressed  powder. I keep it all very natural.

For special occasion i add eyeliner in slate or use a slant tipped brush to make a soft smokey brown eye.

Hi!

For makeup all I wear is some concealer, mascara, a natural colored eye shadow and some lip gloss.

For hair, I just recently got a flat iron, it's sucks! it doesn't get my hair straight and it takes like an hour.

So This week I am prob. getting a Chi.

Yes I do straighten my hair almost every day with my sucky flat iron. I don't really do dramatic changes from day to day, Like, one day i'd pull my bangs back with a pretty clip, next a pony tale, next a head band, just simple things like that.

My hair is naturally pretty straight, but to get it super-straight, I straighten all of it, including my side bangs. (btw, make sure you use a serum to protect your hair from getting fried; I use Aussie serum)

Either I wear my hair down and straight, or straight with a cute headband, or up in a messy bun, with an elastic headband. I also like to curl my hair loosely, and if you're hair doesn't curl easily, that's fine, because it looks cuter when you have casual curls, not actual spirals! =] Sometimes, I clip my bangs up into a pouf, and leave the rest down.

For makeup, I really like the natural look, you know, wearing makeup, but it's not too obvious. I use Stila Kitten eyeshadow, (it's kinda gold) and a tiny bit of eyeliner( Sephora brand is great) and I use Nars blush on my cheeks. For lips, I wear Benefit's Benetint Lip Stain, and put on some Burt's Bees chapstick on top. =] I also curl my eyelashes (Shu Uemura eyelash curler) and use Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara.

You don't need to drastically change your makeup look if you're bored with it, but a great way to liven it up is to get eyeliners in bright colors. I have an awesome Sephora one in purple, and it is incredible! It's chubby, goes on soft, and looks amazing!  Here's a link to it.

Wow i feel the same exact way! I do the same routine everyy single day, and it gets kind of boring. So what makes the biggest difference is using different colors of eyeshadows. You could also use one color eyeliner like brown one day, and gray other days depending on your outfit. My every day look is a light, kind of shiny silver, and soft blueish eyeshadow, and gray eyeliner(i have gray eyes) but serioulsy gray eyeliner looks really good with gray eyes, and green/hazel eyes. If your hair is curly you should wear it curly one day, straight the next, ponytail next.

Just wear different colors on your eyes depending on your outfit, and as far as hair, you can do alot of things, side pontail, wavy, curly,straight,bangs to one side, bangs pulled back.

I have kind of short hair... and I style it the same as my picture :] I straighten it, then scrunch some wax all the way through. I wear Loreal bare minerals powder foundation - I love it... covers so well, and it lasts for ages. I also use bronzer and shimmer powder. For eye makeup, because I find straight-out black eyeliner a bit... too harsh, I use some black shimmer eyeshadow and apply it to my lower lid with a brush. If I'm going somewhere other than school, I like to use some eyeshadow too. It's shimmer eyeshadow, and is a very bright light green, and I also have a plum coloured one. I don't usually wear mascara. Have fun :]

For my hair, i usually towel dry it after a shower and then spritz some John Frieda Frizz Ease spray in it to help my hair straighten better because its so curly and frizzy. The I blow dry it using an hour-glass shaped roller brush and either straighten it if I want it to be straight that day, or use velcro rollers when i want a more beach-y, wavy look.

Before I got my hair layered i would always scrunch it. While my hair was still soaking wet I would flip it over and put Garnier Fructis Curling Mousse in my hair and spray it all over. I'd stick it up in a messy bun and they  next morning take it down, shake it out and spray it some more!

For makeup it depends on how much time I have. If I only have a few minutes on a school day I use some cover-up beneath my eyes to open them up and seem awake and put some black eyeliner on my bottom lids and swipe on some mascara and I'm out the door.

Or, if i wake up early enough I have one makeup routine that's my favorite:

#1) I use a shimmery champagne color on my top lids and put a light gray color in the crease and line my top and bottom lids with charcoal eyeliner. I then swipe two coats of volumizing mascara on my top lashes and one coat on my bottom. I also put two sweeps of a rosy pink powder blush on my cheeks starting at the apples of my cheeks moving towards my temples. i finish it off with a berry lip gloss.

Hair (what I sometimes do)...

~ I take an inch of hair in the front and braid it, I do this on both sides and tie them in the back so they keep the rest of my hair out of my face.

~ I separate my hair into sections of 1 - 2 in. and wrap it around a curling iron. Then I unroll it and it makes my hair really nice without any products

Makeup, well I'm not very good at makeup but I use bright colors most of the time. -

~ I have 4 Cover Girl single eye shadows and the works SO well. I have a golden color that goes on pretty sheer, an aqua blue, forest green, and white (I use it above some of my shadows to make it alot less severe looking)

~ L'Oreal H.I.P works OK for me. The lighter colors always work so much better when I try to apply it. I have three of these and my favorite is the brown/bronze duo. Forgot the name but it works well w/ my eyes. Try the Jelly Balms! Best product I use on my lips and they aren't too severe looking. They stay on for at least two hours at least and they give off a sugary smell that I really like (I have "Ripe" just for reference)

~ Wet n' Wild tinted moisturizer works well for me because I'm super pale (I got sun poisoning in SPF 50, I'm SUPER white) but have freckles and it never sweats off. The eyeliners are really cheap and I have two colors.

Yeah you may just want to see what works w/ you and experiment with make-up. Just to let you know if you go to CVS you can return makeup if you don't like it within 60 days if you have your receipt.
