I am so stressed out?

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...

ok now i feel a little better. but what should i do?

  1. Go to the movies, go to the beach, do some exercise, window-shopping, listen to music.

Obviously your stressed out about something so to get your mind off it you should do something recreational and comforting.  Comfort foods, hot tubs, steam rooms, hot shower, ask (close) friend for massage, s*x, shopping, running, biking, drinking, cats and dogs, movies.. ect.. you have alot to choose from.. the hardest part is deciding.. sometimes just making a list helps.

  5. Take it from someone who feels quite a bit of stress on a regular basis. Do something that keeps you active!! I would say any sport would do.  BUT if your not the sports kind of girl I would highly recommend YOGA!! (and this is coming from someone who originally thought it was a bunch of poses, "chi", and mumbo jumbo) I'm just a beginner...but I really notice that my body feels better and my mind is clearer.  I wish I could do yoga more often....but I'm busy taking martial arts.  The yoga compliments my martial arts because I need to work on my flexibility.  Punching things has to be the most therapeutic thing in the world.  You could do kickboxing or Kenpo.  Depends on what's available in your area. Do your research...the first dojo you find may not be the best one for you. I hope this helps you.

  6. It is hard to answer this question without knowing the cause of your stress.  Taking a walk is a good stress reliever.
