its my 4th day of my no carb low fat and low calorie diet..... well ive been doing very good all 3 daysbut i craved sugar/pasta/candy/chocolate soo much!!i only got to loose 10 pounds more - im done with 5 alreadyBUT I JUST HAVEW A HORRIBLE CRAVING right nowmy mom bought my favorite soft cookies and chocolate croissants!!!how do i stop myself???!!!((((((
