I am soo mad! what should i do?

i am home schooled and i send my work to a teacher every month to grade it. i keep my math tests in a binder and i had like 2 months worth of math test finished and my mom went to see how many i did ( she wanted to make sure i did them before i went to the mall with some friends) and all of the tests but two where gone! what should i do? i it would take me a month to redo them all and im supposed to send them in the mail tomorrow!

I have no idea. If you want to go to the mall with your friends then tell you mum the truth. if u really did do them then there is nothing to worry about - you not lying.

If you are accusing mom of taking them then you need to speak to her about it not be on here--trust and respect are much bigger issues than missing tests! And she is still your teacher and  Mom and has the right to be a "helicopter" parent by the way!

  Otherwise sit down and redo them.... I'm sure that redoing several tests would not take "months" to do a few days perhaps but not "months" take the weekend and do the work then mail it on Monday. Otherwise work on things with Mom and organization skills.

What happened?  Did a dog steal your tests?  If you didn't do the tests, tell the truth.

However, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt - this time. Therefore, it sounds like Mommy went over the tests and didn't like the grades you'd get so she made the tests disappear. Many home-schooler parents are helicopter parents, which isn't good for you, pal.

My suggestion is to go to regular school where you can have meaningful social interaction with other kids your age while getting an education.

i suggest stop posting questions here in yahoo answers and go and straight away sit down and finish as much as possible. then the rest u leave it. not every thing is in every ones hands. do ur part and rest leave it to god....

dont panic stay cool..the world is not going to end tomorrow.

Well, the obvious answer is to tell you to search for the tests.  Sometimes things do get moved and lost.  Hopefully they will turn up soon.  

I doubt your mom took them, but then I don't know her.  Seems quite cruel for a mom, not at all helicopter ;)  

Try not to worry too much.  You never know when they may turn up.  Ask everyone who lives in your house if they've seen them and to keep an eye out.  

If you don't find them. consider your options within the system you are using.  This wouldn't be a problem unschooling ;)

Complete search of house.

Complete search of wherever the folder has been.

Did you take the folder out of the house at any time?  If NOT, you can be sure all the tests are in your house somewhere.  Be systematic, check every room, every bookcase, etcetera.

Basement, bedroom, etc.

Once I accidently put something in the refrigerator!!!!  Okay, that was really stupid, but things like that happen.....

If it does not show up, you have NO CHOICE but to repeat the tests.  Lesson learned, be more organized.
