An apartment? You'll find that thre aren't many agencies about in Germany. Apartments are usually advertised in the classifieds. It may also be possible to find temporary accommodation in student dorms ("Studentenwohnheim"); otherwise, try B&Bs ("Pension"); they can give you a better deal if you're planning to stay longer. Otherwise, try holiday apartments ("Ferienwohnung"), they're pretty decent.
