  1. aloe vera's all you need, and try not to get anymore sun and take 2 tylenol. itll heal soon, dont worry.

  2. well, first of all, never think you don't need SPF EVERYWHERE. Then go to a doctor.

  3. The advice to go to a doctor is premature.  Basically you need to practice good sun exposure.  My grandfather had skin cancer too and I have no desire to get a chunk of my ear cut off like he did or out of his back where he had a terrible scar.  You should worry more about the aging effects of the sun.  Premature wrinkles, leathery skin, permatan (where your chest stays almost red, no matter what color your skin is).  The big indicators of skin cancer are fair skin, genetic predisposition and exposure.  80% of your sun exposure is done before 18 and 3 burns doubles your chance of skin cancer.

    What you should do now:

A regular "Mole Check".  Get in the habit now, even though you probably won't develop anything for 10 years.  Take some time to check yourself for any new moles and ten monitor them.  If one turns black or red or moves, get it checked immediately.

Wear Sunscreen daily.  Use broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against UVA and UVB rays, with sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15.

    Wear hats.

Eat lots of fruits and veggies and fish.

    Get plenty of excercise.

Don't use a tanning bed.  Ever.  It's not any safer.

  4. Go to a doctor, the damage may already be done.

And shame on you for not wanting to be albino! :O

  5. Put Some After sun on it to cool it

but apart from that there nothing you can do

  6. After this experience, you should have learned that getting a tan just to look better isn't worth it in the end. Have you seen those nasty looking old ladies whose skin looks like leather? They didn't use sunscreen and look at what happened to them! Don't let shallow people make you do stupid things just to look better. I am VERY white and I love my skin because it's soft and milky. My husband loves it too. :)
