Question:

I am soooo out of shape?

lately I've been walking for 25 minutes, and running for 3.

How embarrassing!! (lol!!) I'm not fat, but I'm soft. The program I'm on will have me a good runner in 3 months.

Will I be s**y then, or will it take longer? (Right now I'm average, but a little "not tight").

  1. If you increase the time you run and decrease the time you walk, I think you could see great improvements.  It will take the "soft" away and start to put muscle.  I would also do about 25 crunches a day to help take the soft away.


  2. that should be a good amount of time...just make sure that you eat right. Alot of people think that if they run that will get them thin but its also the food you eat. If you eat fattening food it defeats the purpose of running :) good luck

  3. well look at it like this at least you are doing something!!

    make sure to eat right and eat a lot of protein. running is a great excersise. you will prob. be in good shape by three months but if i were you i would also do pilates. it is a fantastic excersise and it really tighten and lengthen you muscules.
