I am sri lankan national and i would like to be an English teacher. how can i get ESL/TEFL course?

i am working for KBR us company as an administrative assistant and have experiences as english teacher too. really would like to be an english teacher to teach in china/taiwan..so if any one knows from where i can get ESL/TEFL course to obtain my wish..pls let me know
