I am starting Bronze Star today. Is it tiring? How many laps do you have to swim?

No, I didn't think it was tiring when I completed it. The number of laps you have to swim depends on the size of the pool. But the requirements set by the Lifesaving Society state that in Bronze Star you have to: "Swim 400 m in 12 minutes or better, using freestyle or any combination of strokes."

Wear whichever type of swimsuit makes you feel more comfortable.
