I am starting a Post construction cleanup serivce?

should I charge two prices one for rough cleanup and one for final clean up or would it be all one rate. What should be the rate to charge for just rough cleanup and the rate for final cleanup and the rate for both

You'll want two rates; rough cleanup will be bigger pieces and such.  The minute details like window cleanup/dusting/vaccum, etc would be more detailed and expensive.

You have to bid each job. Trying to make a general rate won't work out because the amount of work differs from job to job, even if the square foot is close.
