I personally do not know of any good training videos for cleaning.  But, on my squidoo lens, which is full of tips and resources, about half way down under the "Here's some more Cleaning Business links" the first link is one of the most comprehensive 'business in a box' resources for starting a cleaning business I've come across.

It will nor only provide you with all the forms, contracts, applications and other necessary papers, but gives detailed information on how to clean just about anything.  All broken down into separate areas.

I'm sorry I can't help you, but I wanted to say congratulations on starting out right. If my last cleaning service had trained their employees, I would still be using them. Instead I had to fire them and do the work myself. I was doing it anyway after they left.
