  1. My most favorite wine is Lambrusco, it's not too expensive, and it's found in a lot of places, I first noticed it in Germany, but have to find out it can be bought here in the states as well.

  2. rene barbier

  3. Questions like this are difficult to answer due in part to near infinite selection of wine, and the difference in each person's tastes (ie. both what they taste, the flavour, and what they enjoy).

Many German wines are sweet and fruity, a Michelsburg wine is an excellent entry wine if you enjoy sweeter wines.

Many Canadian wines are begining to hit the market in the U.S. as well, and two that I would recommend are Painted Turtle (very entry level price) and Blasted Chruch wines.

  4. I am a red wine person so, Bohemian Highway, Smoking Loon, 3 Blind Moose and my favorite white or red is Fat b*****d.  All very nice for the price.

  5. I might be alone in this (I tend to have a deviant taste) but I find Dragani to be an excellent red. It's not very powerful or sharp at all, despite having a high proof for a wine, but the flavour is about as smooth as wine can possibly get. It's a very "juicy" tasting red wine and comes at less than $10 a bottle!

For collections, the bottle is also one of the prettiest out there, with a dark red label featuring a dragon.
