I am starting a non-profit in Las Vegas Nevada and need others to join me in helping others?

Question

I am in need of others who have either done charity work or have a non-profit and would sponsor us. In need of help with purchasing business licenses, creative ideas, volunteering, sponsorship. This non-profit will provide much needed help with our growing population of homelessness. Help us fill our food banks, food shelves in local charities to help the homeless. Food banks that were once filled by the middle class is now finding they are the ones in need. This is a tragedy! Due to high cost of living, fuel costs and the pay not increasing to compensate the higher costs, middle class America is now turning to other resources to help fit their family needs or simply going without so they atleast have a roof over their heads. This is very sad when we live in a country that has so much yet so little to give to these families. We as Americans need to reach out and help!

If you have the time to volunteer, help, knowledge or the funds all would be greatful.

Recruit donors and volunteers locally, not on YahooAnswers. You need to get a very impassioned group of people together who support your idea and will provide some start up funding and serve on the board of directors, you need to get letters of endorsement from existing organizations saying this program is needed,  you need to have data that shows your target group is in need whatever service it is that you want to provide and that they are not served otherwise, and you need to have a draft of what your first year's budget would look like (what expenses you expect to incur, what you expect to pay staff, etc.)
