I am starting an online small business and am needing a good reliable web host in australia ?

Question

i am wanting to set up a very easy simple online store which only uses paypal as a payment option.

I am just after a basic page people can go to with gallery pics of items that can be clicked on for a small amount of text info/enlarged picture & button to pay via paypal as well as a couple of links people can click on for text regarding shipping, terms and conditions, general info and a blog and my logo at top of page

i'm not wanting it to look boring and plain though.

please help as i am having trouble with starting it all up and finding the best value for money way to start it all up

if anyone knows and uses a great web host provider in australia please share your thoughts.
