  1. Well, the show really dictates its own name.

After all, if it's not really "slamming" on air, a "slamming" name would sound mismatched and false... kind of "trying too hard", you know?

For example ... VH1: Behind the Music - - - if you knew NOTHING about this show, what would you expect to find there?

A medical show (IS, I think) could be titled "Second Opinion with Dr. _________ ".

In college, I created and hosted a show I named "Feedback", since it provided a discussion forum and invited and took calls on what was being examined.  There were others that we titled "Women's Voices" and a Spanish language show called "Radio Califas".  I think you can infer alot about those shows just from the title - - and you'd be correct.

At the moment, you've not provided specific enough information about your proposed show to suggest a name, apart from a generic title.

If it's a GREAT show, it can get away with a slightly silly title ... it might generate some "buzz" among your audience.  Just set very high standards for yourselves, and hold yourselves to those standards.  If your show sounds amateur, a silly title will only hurt.  Likewise, if you sound amateur, a serious title will hurt.
