I am starting field hockey and need help?

Question

i am a freshman and decided to try a sport. so i wanted to try field hockey! i would like some know hows about it and how to play it. i don't know what to do or how to do anything. i need to know techniques and so scared about preseason since i have NO clue about it. HELP! any sites would help or experience!
