I am starting my own business selling purses in Ohio, do I need a PA vendors license to be able to sell in PA?

  1. To be able to sell something means you have to tax something because of the state ID you have to be register with (EIN). So because of this you will need to have a seller's certificate or ID to use for tax purposes and revenue tracking to file taxes quarterly.

    A lot of states only require this after you report over $3,000 annual profit. but always safe than sorry.
