School on Monday and i am really nervous. I have soo much to do and i feel i havent done enough this summer to prepare myself for school. i am really worried and i just dont know how to cope with these things. So if you please just tell me things that might help me cope with the nervousness i am getting. That would be just great,

  2. Relax! You are going to have so much fun and make tons of friends.

    Here are some tips that might ease your mind:

    Pick out a cute outfit to wear on your first day (or have your mom take you shopping) so you'll feel totally confident.

    Get organized! Arrange your notebooks and binders by subject, have folders to put handouts in, have pens and pencils ready. I always feel flustered when I don't have everything organized.

    Be friendly. Try talking to your neighbor - open up with a compliment, or ask them if they're looking forward to the class. Sit with new people at lunch.

    Budget your time. Try to disperse all of your homework throughout the week so that you'll have less to do each night, instead of tons to do at the end of the week.

    Be open with your teachers. Ask them for help if you need it, or ask them to recommend a tutor if you really get lost. They're there to help you!

    Be confident! Smile, practice good posture, raise your hand in class.

    It will be fine, I promise :)
