I am starting to get love handles, does running actually get rid of them?

if i run a lot will i end up with a flat stomach? thank-you

  3. Running is the best thing you can do for your body at this point. It is one of the healthiest ways to lose weight. If you are just running to lose weight then you should just do long slow distances and run as much as you can. You aren't doing if for speed you are doing it to lose weight. In combination with running try to do sit-ups and push-ups every night. You will be in the bet shape of your life in no time. Good Luck! I hope all goes well for you.

  4. You develope them because that is where your body deposites fat there. The fat comes from excessive fat and calories that you do not burn off, so running will burn off these calories so you will not have large fat deposites.

    At the same time running does not directly effect that area of your body. There are different weight lifts, stretches, and excersizes that can effect that specific area.

  5. sit ups won't do it. good for building up your core though. running is he best thing you can do.
