I am staying at a hotel in cancun...?

I have read all good reviews except everyone says the beds are hard, and everyone always asks for matress pads..

Can i email the hotel ahead of time and request to have matress pad?

can you not buy a foam pad from walmart and bring it with you?

yes; me and my family had the same problem at a hotel in cacun;

called the rio something or another i can't remember;

but we emailed and they informed us they did have matress pads;

Yes, you can e-mail them and ask, but there really is no need to. When you get there just ask for one and they will take really good care of you. Most of the time it's even possible to get your rooms switched if you aren't happy with what they give you. Have fun!!!

You can ask, but it is Mexico,  you are lucky when your room is not flooded.
