It's probably like 10 to 15 minutes away, depending on whick Oasis hotel your staying, but anyways the bus passes every 5 minutes 24/7, and it's only around 6 pesos.  Usually you can let the driver know where you're headed and he will drop you off.  don't need to take a taxi, it's expensive.  don't worry about getting into the wrong bus, you'll know which one right away since the grand majority drive around only on the hotel strip. well i stayed there 3 years ago and it is like 15 minutes away, you should take the bus every night is cheap and it will take you everywhere you need to go, it is also pretty safe at night so i recommend you to take it.
