  1. Well, on top of everything else you've already heard, I'd just say try to relax and you never know, it could happen a lot quicker than you expect...

  2. My wife were obssesed with getting pregnant and 11 months later when she was down and resigned with "her bad luck", she relaxed and voilá!!!!!!!!!

-Today she is very happy,  (Me too...) in her week #30 and expecting our first baby girl-

    :)

Don´t worry, just relax! relax! and relax!...

    Your baby will come soon!!!

**Sorry for my bad english- I am spanish-

  3. I was on the injection and decided to stop as i wanted a baby it took me a whole year the doctors told me that it would take a full year for it to be out of your system. I was getting so frustrated and depressed i know it is impossible as i have been there you just have to be patient. i know that i will never have the injection again.

  4. There's not much you can do to speed things up really. You could try ovulation sticks so you know the best time to concieve, although i'v heard they're quite expensive. Keeping a temperature chart may help as your temp increases very slightly around ovulation, but you'll need a very accurate thermometer, preferably digital. None of this will make you more fertile, but it will help you find the best time to concieve.

Most of all, try not to stress over it as stress can affect your fertility. Try to relax and it may happen very easily for you.

Don't forget your daily folic acid tablet and good luck!

  5. There is nothing to actually speed up ovulation, and it may take a while for you to start ovulating and having normal periods again.

Try to help your body by eating a healthy balanced diet, taking your folic acid, and try not to worry too much about when it is going to happen :)

My friend came off the injection and her periods didn't start for almost a year, so she went to the doctors for a check up, and it turned out she was 13 weeks pregnant. She didn't even think she was fertile yet!

    Good luck with everything!

  6. Are you talking about depo=provera?

Because DEPO-PROVERA Contraceptive Injection is a long-acting birth control method, it takes some time after your last injection for its effect to wear off.

There are no drugs to speed up ovulation after depo.

Based on the results from a large study done in the United States, of those women who stop using DEPO-PROVERA Contraceptive Injection in order to become pregnant:

    about half of those who become pregnant do so in about 10 months after their last injection;

about two thirds of those who become pregnant do so in about 12 months,

about 83% of those who become pregnant do so in about 15 months, and

about 93% of those who become pregnant do so in about 18 months after their last injection.

  7. i stopped depo in august after taking for 2 years and was pregnant in december, so it just depends on your own body, i didnt do anything special....good luck
