I am stuck in Assasin's Creed, Memory Block 4, what do I do?

Question

So the map keeps telling me to go to all the cities and talk to the person at the bureaus. When I go there, the person keeps telling me to go away until I find more information. Did I miss something? I have no idea what to do! I've done all the little side quests (saving citizens, pick pocketing, eavesdropping, climbing buildings, etc.) and still nothing. Oh and I've already stolen the USB from the doctor.

I had the same problem when I played, took me awhile to figure out. Each city has a new district opened up, you just need to figure out which district. When in the city, go to one of the walls that surrounds each district (the walls that previously had the glowing blocked wall). Once you find the part that previously had the glowing wall but now does not, enter that part of the district.

In a nutshell its very easy, just go to a district that you haven't yet visited, the that was previously inaccessible. Once you get near an objective (like interrogation or view point) their icons will appear on your map.
