I am stuck on Assasin's Creed on xbox 360 on memory block 4, what do I do?

i do not know what to do, ive tried all the cities for something to do but nothing. when im travelling between cites it tells me to go speak to the man in the Bureas of cities Acre and Jerusalum, but when I talk to them they tell me to go away until i have information. I have no view points left neither. What do I do?
