  1. i love the color purple as a wedding scheme. its so elgant and you can do so many things with it. almost everybody looks good in a shade of purple, and there are about a million shades you can work with. its amazing. i hope im helping you. have a great wedding

  2. pink is fine, and if u add it with silver that would be pretty.

  3. I would do a rose pink color and a light silver. It would look really good.

  4. A very pretty Lavender will compliment Silver nicely.

Pink won't do so well with Silver. How about a light blue? Any kind of pastel color will go nice with Silver. :)

  5. Pink and silver would be beautiful.

    Pink is so not cheesy......lol

The combinations you can do in favors and decor are endless with these colors.

  6. How about a nice light pink, not too baby girl pink and not too Peptobisma pink, with a hint of silver.

  7. Medium pink, aqua or pool blue, and silver. Will look great!

  8. summery colours are good but how about a lilac, with cream an gold. i just did my cousin's wedding in those colours and we did a whole romantic pearls and seashell theme..

  9. My cousin got married in March of this year; her colors were pink, silver. I thought it would be cheesy; but in fact it was one of the prettiest weddings; I've seen in a long time...you just can't go cheap with what you buy.....I say go for it.,

  10. Pink is NEVER chessey and it is your wedding, do what you want. I think pink and chocolate brown are really cute colors. Like I said it is your wedding do what you and your furture husband want, it is ya'lls day. Good luck and Congrats.

  11. I'm doing a lighter pink and a lighter green. I love the combo and I think it pulls away from the "typical pink". Just do whatever makes the two of you happy. Its your day. And if you want to do pink and silver, just make sure you don't overwhelm, that way you can't be cheesy.

  12. What about pink and black.  I know black isn't considered a summer color; however, it is an accent color and works nicely with pink.  You could do different shades of pink and they will contrast nicely with each other. The different shades of pink will also create a lot of depth and texture to your centerpieces and flowers.   It will look sophiscated and upscale, rather than cheesy or not well put together. The black can be used for the color of the ties and vests, as well as for the invitations/place cards and other stationary.

I would avoid silver.  It's difficult to do.  It's also not really summery and it's not what I would consider a good accent color.

  13. I think pink and silver would be fine.

    if not what about

    or

  14. pink and silver look nice together - go for different shades of silver not just the sickly girly pink colour more of a smoky pink

  15. I think that a light pink and silver would really look nice.  It's your wedding.  You can actually have several different colors that are available being that you want summery colors.  I really like light pink and silver.  It's sophisticated and s**y.  Good Luck

  16. Why do you think pink is cheesy?  If that's what you like -- go for it, they have a lot of selections of different shades of pink out there...  And pink and Silver will go just fine...

  17. My daughter's wedding this past June used predominantly pink with touches of rose red and watermelon red and dark and light green greenery.  It was gorgeous.  Adding the pink toned reds to the shades of pink gave it a depth that kept it from being juvenile or cheesy looking.  The lighter pinks made it cool and fresh looking for summer.  Everyone thought it was very classic romantic looking with almost a vintage valentine feeling... and silver would highlight it perfectly!

  18. Try this color, it's a beautiful shade of pink for summer.
