As per your subjects,, biotechnology is really good,,,  after doing MSc. in biotechnology, you can go for research anywhere in the world, and there is lot of scope of research work in US and European countries, and these countries really pay you in big figures......

you can study from any state, just university should be reputed,,,,,  everywhere teaching is same in india,,,,,,,,  just you have to study
