Is EACH item labeled or is the GROUP of like items labeled as Exhibit A, B, C etc...??

For example...I am submitting a printed document that contains 2 pages...is EACH page labeled A-B...then I am submitting photos of different items...is the GROUP of photos labeled exhibit C or is each individual photo an exhibit??

I am preparing this file for the Clerk, needs to be completed TONIGHT!

  1. No.

Each DOCUMENT is a separate exhibit.

If there are 10 pages, it's still one document and one exhibit, as long as they are stapled together.

  2. Yes each photo is labeled with an individual ABC designation and each document needs its own exhibit Letter also

exactly - do not label each page with a letter just the document as a whole
