How do i lose weight? I don't know what to do!!! I have weighed like 130 for the past 8 months!! What are some things that turn you of to food? Please help me. I know exercise a lot too. I swim 4 times a week for 2 hours. Please help me , what can i do to lose weight??

  1. swimming makes u gain muscle which makes u heavier so i recommend jogging, biking and sit ups

    It doesn't seem like you have much problem with your exercise, so long as you push yourself to your limits and keep it up. Remember a warm up and cool down too! Try cardiovascular exercises too such as running or cycling.

    I think it may be your diet, possibly. I'm not sure - try to limit yourself to about 1200-1500 calories a day. If you feel peckish and you want a snack, try eating a piece of fruit. Don't forget breakfast- porridge or cornflakes is good. Try not to eat after 6-7pm because your body will not use up the energy from your food at night...so no late-night snacks!

    Drink water throughout the day to keep you hydrated and relatively filled up.

    When you eat, start with smaller portions. Chew and eat slower - enjoy your food. It takes a while for your stomach to digest and feel satisfied...if you eat too much too quickly you'll feel bloated afterwards.

  4. THIS IS WHAT I DID. only drink energy drinks for a week..they will keep you from eating and speed up your metabolism. i lost 15 lbs. now i weigh 108. so breakfast energy drink...lunch energy drink...dinner energy drink

  5. Your issues are not with your weight. They are deeper than that. 130 lbs for an athlete is light.

  6. to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

    Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.

    Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon  and a fruit.

    Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

    no eating after 7pm !!

    do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

    Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.

    Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.

    Try this for 3weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.
