Hey there.I am 16 years old and I am too skinny. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do proper resistance training with my rugby coach. I need to put on about 5 -10kg but the problem is I can't put this weight on through resistance training. I am the skinniest by far on my rugby team. Also I eat more than all my friends and I push myself everyday to eat more than before. but never get results. (I am eating correct foods).So can anybody help me, are there supplements that help you gain water weight and not muscle? or anything at all!!!
