  1. Just eat less SALT, cramps are caused when your salt intake is very high.  Cut down on eating high salt foods and see if the cramps decrese.


  2. Can you eat a banana....how about some Gatorade? My father has muscle spasms that are caused by a lack of potassium, your pain sounds like the same thing. Try replenishing your potassium.

  3. It may be that you are deficient in magnesium.  Restless legs are often caused by a magnesium deficiency because of muscle spasms.

    Magnesium calms the muscles and relaxes them.

    Also make sure you drink enough water.  Pain can often be a sign of dehydration.  

    Take a bath in dead sea salts, they have lots of magnesium.

    Epsom salts are a type of magnesium but the dead sea salt is usually more effective.

    Spinach is high in magnesium, eat it steamed.

    Beans, nuts also have magnesium.

    Sea salt which is high in minerals has magnesium and other trace minerals.
