Question:

I am suffering from <span title="anxiety,depression&acidity">anxiety,depression&acidit...</span> . How can i recover from this ?

i am taking medicine for this for the past 6 month but it is completely not cure kindly give me a suitable advice for this serious problem i am totaly fed up & i can not sleep verywell.

  1. hang out with friends familly etc ... have a good time dont think about the stuff that happend  


  2. I would get out of the house and try a sport or some activity you would enjoy. Tell your doctor that the medicine isn&#039;t working for you.You can also try another doctor.

    I have been a sufferer for 12-years and am doing well. My blog is dedicated to help. I will be updating my blog every 5-7 days on new ways to cope anxiety. I have just made few good entries on coping - I hope it will help you.

    I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.

If your medication has not helped you after 6 months I would go back and see you GP and have a chat there are so many different and newer medications on the market now it really is just a case of finding the right one for you. You could also try taking a vitamin B supplement or St Johns Wort but always check that the latter is not going to interact with your prescribed medication. As for the first answer CLASS A DRUGS ARE NOT THE ANSWER AND CAN HAVE THE OPPOSITE EFFECT AND MAKE YOU EVEN WORSE. I would never ever condone drug taking as I work in pharmacy and have seen the negative effects first hand and it really is not a pleasant thing. Try to stay positive and things will all click into place in their own time. Hope this helps
