ok people english is my second language.....n i have to answer the following question......which i am finding extremely difficult to understand....can anyone paraphrase this question for me so i can understand it and answer it better?....thanks a bunch!

"What are your thoughts about public broadcasting in the wake of budget cuts, threats of more governmental oversight and efforts to influence programming decisions at National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS)?"

  2. I dont know what your first language is but hopefully this helps:

    Ok it is about  public broadcasting  ( free tv or free radio - does not cost people money to watch or listen)

    PBS is a tv one and NPR is a radio one

    recently they have not gotten as much money as they have in the past and the government might start telling them more about what they can and cannot talk about

    it is asking what you think about that
