I am suppose to leave for Cancun Saturday. Dont know what I should do???

I have called my trip insurance people and I will not get reimbursed unless my flight there is canceled. I called the airlines and they tell me everything is still scheduled to go to Cancun on Saturday. I am freaking out and just do not know what I should do??

Cancel your flight.  Who cares if you don't get reimbursed!  It is better safe than sorry!

From what I understand airlines have a policy that allow change of dates without charges because of hurricanes. What I think you should try is to get vouchers for the price of your ticket so you can use with the airline on a different date.

Ask the airline if you can make the change of date or get a voucher because you will not travel to Cancun because of the hurricane heading that way.

But definitely you should not travel to Cancun for next week.
