I am supposed to receive my rebate check on July 11 2008 has anyone else got their letters yet?

I am looking for my letter about the arrival of my stimulus check.

Received my letter dated the 7th on the 8th, says my check will be mailed out on the 11th.

The arrival of the letters is unpredictable.  Some people receive their letters AFTER they get their rebate.

Note that it will take the Postal Service a few days to deliver it after it is mailed, so if it is mailed according to the IRS schedule on 7/11, you may not get it until early in the week of 7/14.

Some rebate checks in a given SSN range go out earlier in the week, but there does not appear to be any recognizable pattern to predict which checks get mailed out earlier in the week.

www.irs.gov, type in the search box, Where's My Stimulus payment?, follow the link. Have your Social Security number, your filing status and how many dependents you claimed in 2007.

It will give you a date and amount!

I already got my stimilus check, about a couple of months ago. When you filed your return, if you got a cash advance, like a loan from the people who did your taxes, it will take longer to get your check.

I got my letter on Monday which my letter was dated for July 7, 2008 so hopefully I will get my check on Friday, July 11.
