Question:

I am taking 600 mg of calcium which also have the vitamin d and magnesium and i am taking one a day for women?

Is that enough for me a 26 year old woman or should i take more. I really don't eat a good diet because alot if time i don't have a appetite. What do you guys think?

  2. The troublke with calcium tablets is that most of the tablet passes right through you.  You might as well eat sea shells, for all the good it does.  Same with the magnesium, and iron.

    You need a good source of DIETARY calcium, like milk and cheeses.

    You need to see a doctor to understand why your appetite is not correct, and you need to se a nutritionist to get you a good, balanced diet.

  3. If you're concerned about your health, you really should consider getting your vitamin and mineral sources from food. It's no doubt the best way to get what your body needs. A multi-vitamin is just a supplement for your diet.
