  1. French.

  2. Definitely Spanish if you live in the United States, especially if you don't plan on traveling abroad.

    .

The 4 most common languages in the U.S. are, in order:  English, Spanish, French, and American Sign Language.  Almost all of the French speakers also speak English so I wouldn't worry about French unless you're planning on traveling to a country in which it is primarily used.  I would make Spanish the priority but consider ASL, too.  It's easy to learn and is useful in every city in every state - plus it's a beautiful language.

By the way, in response to sweetangel13_4_u's answer, what the heck does it mean to speak "American"!?  lol

  8. 1. Spanish

    2. French

  9. If you live in America, Spanish.

  10. french

  11. Depends on where you live. If you live in the US it would be Spanish

  12. If you plan to live in America for the rest of your life I would chose Spanish beecause there are many Spanish speaking people here - obviously. Also, Spanish is relatively easy. French really has no use unless you plan to move to a French speaking country. It could help you get around Europe though. Italian is cool, but I wouldn't say its to useful in the states, same with Portuguese. Hope that helped.
