i am taking folic acid to higher my chanses by gitting pregnat will that help me? or is there anything i can take to higher my chanses?

folic acid is to reduce birth defects not increase pregnancy chances

tips:

no alcohol, no smoking, no caffine, no hot tubs for your man or extremely hot showers/baths--this reduces sperm count, take pre natal vitamins with folic acid, good diet and exercise, prop bottom up with pillos after intercourse for 20 minutes when you are near ovulation, this does help to, lose fitting pants/boxers for your man, relax and have fun and it will happen when you lease expect it to. took me 3 1/2 yrs to conceive my son. good luck!

Folic acid will not aid in increasing your chance of pregnancy. Folic acid is taken to reduce the chances of neural tube defects, such as spina bifida.

Taking folic acid before conception greatly reduces the chance of spina bifida and other neural tube defects. It's very important.

How long have you been trying to conceive? I wouldn't try taking anything to increase your chance of conceiving yet, unless you have been trying for a long time. If you are finding it difficult to conceive, see a fertility specialist who can help you decide what to do next.
