I am taking lamictal?!!?

i just started taking lamictal as a mood stabilizer. is it true that it makes you gain weight? any resources? thanks!

Just about any psychiatric drug can cause weight gain. Lamictal does not have a bad reputation for causing weight gain. Most of the clinical data points to it being a 'weight neutral' drug - it does not cause you to gain or lose weight.
