I am teaching a level 3 swim class tomorrow?

I need some ideas. This will be my frist time by myself

what do you mean by level 3? I swim year round for a highschool level swim team, and we usually do a warmup, some kick sets, drills, then a few smaller sets focused on a specific stroke or tecnique. then we do a main set followed by a game or warm-down. the entire practice lasts about an hour and 45 minutes. im guessing level 3 is some where around upper elementary to early middleschool kids? you should do something like my practice, just a little shorter and less yardage.

teach them how to swim like a shark, then like a octopuss and then like a seahorse      thats how my teacher did it
