Other than this, I am an excellent driver! No tickets or accidents--not even a parking ticket, and I have been driving for 10 years!

  1. well for both giving and following focus or try to identify landmarks you know will not change or specify closer to exact distances and be sure to indicate left or right as opposed to north, south, east or west unless included in directions where both (left, north for example) should be included

  2. Learn how to read a map properly and use a compass. After a few scavenger hunts, you'll be greatly improved.

  3. i'm also terrible with directions......i work in a shop in the middle of a busy city so i get asked all the time....so what i do is, if they have a map, point it out....or draw a map of the place!

  4. for under 300$ you can get TomTom or a Garmin nav system. I am really impressed with these, and setting it up is really easy, you will never get lost, even if you take a wrong turn it will still get you to where you want to go.
