I am the moderator of a group. how can i edit the email id of a group member?

We can't edit the actual e-mail ID of a group member but we can edit their subscription to a group if they are having trouble changing their subscription or if they need to leave and are having a hard time leaving.

I would recommend checking with a Yahoo Groups customer service representative as well to see what they say.

moderators or owners can not edit or alter another memebrs e-mail- illegal.

the member needs to do it nd here's how

have this info for future members-

start by giving them this link

http://groups.yahoo.com/myprefs have them click the Add Email Address left top corner- follow instructions

then go to this link

http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click Edit My Groups top left- under Email Address column they can edit and select that new address- click save changes
