i am the owner of BCSF03 yahoogroups but i do not know why this yahoogroup is become in active...plz tell me...how can iu get it back......plz....plz....

Sometimes groups can get inactive because people may have forgotten about the group.  One way to get it activated is to start posting messages to the group.  If you are a new owner you can send a message to the group introducing yourself to everyone as the new owner and would like to get the group reactivated.  

When messages are posted the group is then reactivated so that it doesn't get deleted.
