I am the owner of the Yahoo group. How can owner/moderator/member update the shared files.?

only onwers and moderators can edit other peoples files. no matter the setting, members will only be able to update their own created file, but not some one else's

Sign in to the group.  Click Files.  Locate the file you want to update and click "Edit" to the right of the file name.  Make the changes, then click "Save Changes".

To allow owner/moderator/members to update Files, you will need to do the following:

Click on Management on left side of group page.

Under Group Settings, click Web Tools.

On the next page, to the right of Web Tools, click Edit.

Under Files/Photos, select Members (upload/modify/download files).

Click Save Changes.
