I am the plaintiff can I sue the defendants for employment discrimination based on disablity and religion? ?

Ok, I am the plaintiff and I have a complaint with the EEOC Office, so I am wondering after they give me the right to sue letter can I sue the defendants for not hiring me because I am disabled and because of my religion? Yes or No!

If you feel you were discriminated against due to your religion or disability, yes, you can sue.  Now that you have the Right to Sue Letter you're time is running.  Make sure you review the letter to see how long you have to file your complaint.
