  1. i heard its about 60 for everything and i highly recommend you DONT do it because its so ghetto and everyone has it

  2. whats a snake bit piercing, I have 7 and i don't even know what it is!!

if you want it it's worth it, and piercings don't really hurt much! you just gotta look away and let them do it without u knowing when!!

  3. I have a lip piercing, which is essentially one half of a snakebite. I got it done over a month ago, and it didn't hurt at all. When it swelled the next day, it hurt a tad, but nothing major.

In my opinion it was totally worth it. I love the piercing so much, and it made me feel better about my appearance, raising my self-esteem.

Any piercing is prone to migration, but I believe the lip is less prone to migration than say, the eyebrow.

But seriously, if you really want it, go for it! I don't regret mine at all, and I'm looking to get another oral piercing soon, just a monroe instead. =]

  4. don't get it done!  they get infected really easily and there is a high likely hood that your body will reject the piercing and then you'll have scars that look like zits.  if your body doen't reject them they still look like big moles on your face.  it's not worth it and you're not going to want them forever.

  5. I have had snake bites before,

for me it was very painful to get the second lip piercing because my friend pierced it for me.

but if you get it done professionally it shouldn't hurt that bad, I have had my lip pierced professionally 3 different times and it wasn't really that bad any of the times.

I would say on a scale of pain of 1 to 10 lip piercings would be about a 4 or maybe a 5.......

I would say it is totally worth it, I love my lip piercing that I still have and I wish i still had snake bites.

  6. well ive never got it done before

but i will when im in collage!!![:

when i ask people who got the piercings they say that it dosnt hurt that much

it feels like you bit your lip and it stays there for about a few seconds

honestly i think you should get them:]

and they are not hard to manage

just make sure you listen and follow every step the guy/girl gives to you

    so they wont get infected[:

  7. -It will probably cost you about $80 to get it done, depending on the studio.

-It is going to hurt. A lot. You know what it feels like to bite your lip? Imagine now that you a shoving two needles through it.

-You have to leave them in for at least 3 weeks, probably more depending on how your body reacts to them.

-Yes you can sleep with them in.

-Yes. To clean the piercing, you can do a salt water soak. Take a shot glass and fill it with water, and put 1/4 tsp of salt in. Dip a cotton ball in and then press it against your piercing.

-Yes, you can wear clear retainers but be warned that you can still see the piercing and will probably still have to take them out if the school faculty see it.

Also, beware of this : If you do get your lips pierced, be warned that when you take them out you will have two scars where the rings used to be. It's really unnattractive and hard to fix without some reconstruction or plastic surgery.

  8. They can damage your teeth and gums pretty badly, and they dont look good on everybody. Once you take them out, youll have some scarring as well.

  9. It is worth it,

snakebites are cute as, especially if they suit the person.

    The aftercare isn't that hard,

and a few of my friends which have had them done say they hurt less than an ear piercing,

though the pain varies from person to person.

Pinch on your bottom lip pretty hard for ten seconds,

    that's the pain :)

  10. They don't look like huge moles or anything crazy like that. And they don't get infected if you properly clean them. I have my lip pierced, just the left side, and when I got it done it felt like I pinch. It really helps if you breathe and just listen to what the piercer tells you. I would stick with a basic 14 or 16 gauge ring just bc if you do take them out you can still see a small hole, so don't up any sizes. I took mine out and there was a small dot but people hardly notice it, my friend also took hers out and her hole is hardly noticeable anymore (and I just notice it bc I know it used to be there). I had my lip repierced in the same spot and it looks fine. Just make sure to clean it with soap and you're all good. Don't use neosporin or any products that heal cuts. You want your body to get used to the piercing.

And don't let people scare you into not doing it! You'll be fine!
