I am thinking of buying a cheap hdtv for my dorm room that works with my Xbox 360?

I have an Xbox 360, and I want to buy a cheap tv that will work with the hdmi that my 360 has. The tv is intended for use in a bedroom and dormroom. I'm willing to spend up to $400 on a tv - preferable a tv that can handle 720p, and a high contrast ratio so that the 360 games look good. Can people tell me suggested tv models so that I have an idea what to look for?
