I am thinking of buying flight simulator acceleration add ons.?

Can anyone tell me which is the best add on to use for:

Moving vehicles like the steps, scissor-lift trucks, luggage trucks. Also I noticed someone had made a video of flight simulator which had the flight attendant opening the door on the aircraft. Does anyone know which add-on he used for this please?
